Delphi 2009 support added

Version 2.3.6-beta (March 02, 2009)

This  release  provides  CodeGear RAD Studio 2009 support (for both Delphi and C++Builder personalities)
Several minor bugs are also fixed.

Please note that this is BETA version. So don't use it for production applications.
