Release Candidate 1 of Database Designer for PostgreSQL 1.2.9 available

This is the first public Release Candidate.

Support for priveleges added. Extended SQL Editor with code completion and
syntax validation added. Diagram objects drawing improved.

Since the second beta (http://microolap.com/products/database/postgresql-designer/news/detail.php?ID=1289)
three main improvements done:

[+] "Execute Script In Single Transaction (Alt + F9)" functionality added to SQL Executor
[*] In-place creation of new trigger procedures inside Table Editor improved
[-] "List index out of bounds in Run Script" error fixed
