This release uses PostgreSQL 8.3.3 client libraries (including pg_dump.dll and pg_restore.dll) built with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. Some bugs related to local sorting fixed. Escaping of text improved a lot.

Critical bug with references mismatch after Save is solved. Repair Model functionality added which is intended to restore reference integrity. Enumerated types support added. SQL parser and validator are 8.3.x compatible. Several minor bugs are fixed.
